OKR (Objectives and Key Results) được Intel tạo ra và Google phổ biến. Đây là framework giúp organizations align và focus vào những gì quan trọng nhất.

Cấu trúc đơn giản nhưng mạnh mẽ

Objective: Where you want to go (định tính, inspiring) Key Results: How you know you're getting there (định lượng, measurable)

Tại sao OKR hiệu quả?

  • Focus: Limit to 3-5 objectives per quarter
  • Alignment: Everyone's OKRs visible và connected
  • Transparency: Public OKRs create accountability
  • Stretch: Encourage ambitious goals (70% achievement is good)
  • Agility: Quarterly cycles allow quick adaptation

Components

1

Objectives

Mục tiêu định tính, inspiring, actionable (3-5 per quarter)

Good objective: Clear, inspiring, time-bound. Bad: Vague, uninspiring, too many

2

Key Results

Kết quả đo lường được (2-5 per objective)

Must be measurable, achievable but ambitious, outcome-focused (not tasks)

3

Quarterly Cycles

Set OKRs mỗi quarter, review progress weekly

Q planning → Weekly check-ins → End-of-Q review → Retrospective

4

Scoring

Grade key results 0.0-1.0 at end of quarter

0.7 = success (stretch goals). 1.0 = not ambitious enough
